I found this article a few minutes ago and just read it with my chin on the floor.

    O-M-G! I saw a Cantore Stories about that race one time on the weather channel. I know I watch riveting TV.....anyway, those people take DAYS to finish that 135miles, their shoes can melt, they have to replace them throughout the race, they get sick, pass out, etc etc, madness I say. Please don't get a heat lamp installed in your garage to try to keep up with him, hahaha.

    I just got done whining about how I'm probably going to have to run an 800m warm up tonight at CF. After reading that, I guess 800m in the heat isn't so bad.

    I'm still whining though.
